After over 15 years of countless therapists, counsellors, medication, doctors referrals to different organisations getting passed pillar to post.. safe to say my depression & anxiety only got increasingly worse as well as my opinion on therapy. David has completely rewritten my views on therapy as a whole through our sessions, as well as allowing me to manage and feel so much better within myself everyday & stay present. His honesty and ability to offer new perspective's makes the conversations so refreshing vs other experiences I have previously had with other professionals & well being services.
