The free consultation gives us the chance to get to know each other a little and is an opportunity for you to have an experience of how I help people. The consultation also allows me to understand what you would like support with, what is happening for you and to see if I can help. Then if we are a good fit and you are interested in working together we can move forwards from there. The consultations are normally done on the phone or by Zoom. You can also ask any questions you have.
We can arrange a free consultation in the next couple of weeks. There is currently a wait to start regular sessions of about 6 to 8 weeks.
